Temporary Dumpster Rental for Project Waste Removal

RedArk Dumpster Rentals

Temporary Dumpster Rental for Project Waste Removal

From household cleanouts to renovation debris to construction waste, RedArk provides a temporary dumpster trailer for the full range of project waste. One rental period, one flat rate — load what you need to clear and RedArk handles the rest.

Project Overview

Project waste comes in many forms. A home renovation generates drywall, lumber, and flooring. A property cleanout produces furniture, boxes, and household debris. A construction project creates mixed demolition waste. Whatever the source, a temporary RedArk dumpster rental gives you a practical, on-site solution for managing project waste without multiple haul-away trips or transfer-station runs. RedArk delivers directly to your driveway and picks up when you're done.

Typical Debris & Materials

  • Household cleanout debris
  • Renovation and remodeling waste
  • Drywall, lumber, and framing materials
  • Flooring (carpet, hardwood, tile)
  • Construction and demolition debris
  • Furniture and bulky household items
  • Rental property turnover waste
  • Mixed project debris
  • Packaging and general cleanup trash
  • General nonhazardous project waste

Which Dumpster Size Fits This Project?

Project waste varies widely in weight. Light materials like drywall and lumber are manageable, but dense materials — concrete, brick, tile, and mortar — can reach weight limits long before the dumpster is physically full.

15-Yard Dumpster

A practical starting point for moderate project waste — single-room renovations, partial cleanouts, or projects with primarily light debris. Holds roughly 4–5 pickup truck loads.

$375

Base rental

20-Yard Dumpster

Better for larger projects, multi-room renovations, construction work, or mixed loads that include heavier materials. Provides more volume and weight capacity for demanding projects.

$450

Base rental

Final pricing may vary based on rental time, material type, weight, and other applicable conditions.

Heavy Materials Require Special Consideration

Concrete, brick, block, dirt, asphalt, tile, mortar, and other dense debris are significantly heavier than typical project waste. Heavy materials can reach safe or legal weight limits long before the dumpster is physically full. RedArk approval may be required for heavy-material loads.

Concrete weighs approximately 150 lbs per cubic foot. Just a few cubic yards of concrete can exceed safe weight limits for a standard dumpster.

Helpful Tips for This Project

  • 1

Identify your heaviest materials before booking — use the weight calculators above to avoid unexpected overages.

  • 2

Separate light and heavy materials when loading to manage weight distribution and make the most of available volume.

  • 3

For mixed renovation and cleanout projects, load heavy demolition debris first and fill in with lighter materials on top.

  • 4

Check RedArk's accepted and restricted materials list before loading — hazardous materials and certain items are not accepted.

  • 5

If your project spans multiple phases, coordinate dumpster delivery to align with the heaviest debris-generating phase.
